SampleFinder by Polaris Brand Promotions (“SampleFinder”) is the first app to exclusively promote experiential and promotional brand activations directly to consumers.

The SampleFinder app will share in-store product tastings, street team locations, grand openings, product launches and more with users. In addition to offering free promotional experiences to consumers, users will be rewarded for their app interaction with entries into monthly contests, exclusive badges, tier rankings, enhanced feature access and more. SampleFinder will utilize AI technology to share relevant promotional events and incentives with users based upon their activity in the app.

SampleFinder will be available in early 2026.
SampleFinder will be 100% free for users. Brands, staffing agencies, event planners and retailers will be able to post for free during the introductory launch period.
Nope! In order to post promotional and experiential events on the SampleFinder app, those events must be free to attend, in a public space or retail location, be experiential in nature and provide an item of value (sample of a product or service, promotional item, etc.).

SampleFinder will be available through The Apple App Store and Google Play.

In addition to sampling events, SampleFinder will promote various types of promotional and experiential events, such as grand openings, street team appearances, celebrity meet-and-greets, product launches, promotional contests, pop-up activations at stadiums and more.

SampleFinder will debut at: CES and the National Retail Federation Big Show both in early January 2026.

Polaris Brand Promotions is actively seeking qualified investors for pre-launch Series A funding for the SampleFinder app.
